I am based at The Phoenix Centre, Raedan Trust, 12 Childer Road, Stowmarket during evenings and Saturdays. This is convenient for East Suffolk areas such as Eye, Beccles and Framlingham and is also an hour's drive from Norwich or Aldeburgh.

Psychosexual Therapy and Relationship Therapy has currently moved online and is being delivered by Zoom. This is proving to be very popular and is easy to fit in around busy lives. The cost of the online session is  £60 for 1 hour.

I am a trained Psychosexual Relationship Therapist/Sexologist/ Counsellor offering a confidential and professional counselling service in the Ipswich, Sudbury and Bury St Edmunds areas of Suffolk as well as in Colchester in North Essex. I specialise in psychosexual/sex therapy/sexology and couples therapy. The counselling sessions are held on a weekly basis at The Constable Country Medical Practice at East Bergholt and at a counselling centre within the Bury St Edmunds area of Suffolk.

Psychosexual Therapy/Sexology

This therapy is designed to help people who are suffering with a sexual dysfunction. This can be due to a psychological issue, a medical problem, or the side effects of medication.

Relationship Therapy

This can be helpful when couples are experiencing difficulties within their relationship. This can be a result of events within their lives that have caused them heightened anxiety, such as stress, financial issues, unemployment, loss of desire, and relationship breakdown.

My Approach

During the counselling sessions, I would like to reassure you that your enquiry will be addressed in a respectful and non-judgemental way and that I fully understand how clients may be feeling the first time they decide to seek help.

Couples or individuals often feel anxious and embarrassed to address sensitive issues regarding problems in their relationship or sex lives and may leave it some time before they seek advice.

Before qualifying as a therapist, I spent many years working within the NHS as a registered nurse, specialising in sexual/reproductive health.

I am an Accredited Psychosexual Relationship Therapist registered with COSRT (the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists).
